I was a nervous first seller but Lauchlan was quietly confident in the sale. He understood the market, suggested good pre-sales renovations and arranged that process. He managed a large number of groups through the property and was flexible and punctual for open for inspections. Although the property passed in at auction, post-sales negotiation was excellent and I very happy with the result achieved.
