Lauchlan was a great agent, and he has an on-point team by his side. Lauchlan made me aware of the market conditions as well as a fair price range for the property from day 1. Lauchlan and his team hit the ground running to set up a sleek and attractive marketing campaign which helped to generate fantastic foot traffic. Lauchlan kept me up to date after every viewing, and in the end got a fantastic sale outcome. Highly recommend!

I purchased it as a home to live in but hopefully if I sell it in the future or rent it out it is also a desirable property. Lauchlan, Alex and James were quite good and made the process quite easy. On my first viewing I showed up a little late but Alex was happy to let us have a quick look around. We questioned why the contract says the unit may not be acceptable to renting out, at the moment that is not an issue but we wondered for future possibilities why it might not be able to be rented. Lauchlan wasn't sure why that was in the contract and said it had been rented out before.

Lauchlan was a fantastic choice of agent for the sale of my property. He advised of the market conditions and expectations on day 1. He kept me updated on the marketing campaign, and took me through the results of each open for inspection. He ensured there was a detailed plan throughout the selling process, and worked to achieve my target sale price. He was always open, communicating the facts, and striving for the best outcome.

Lauchlan Waterfield and Team Belle were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Lauchlan Waterfield was outstanding. His communication was efficient and professional, and he sold our property very quickly. We are very satisfied with the quality of service from the Belle Property team.

We had a great experience. We were looking to get through the process as quickly as we could, and we found that Lauchlan and Alex were happy to meet that. Communication was to an extremely high standard and we found that everyone was contactable and responsive when needed, and we didn't feel like we were being pressured into certain conditions like previous agents had done when we were putting together offers. I'd especially like to call out their communications with my partner - through the process of shopping for a house we found that agents would often ignore her in favour of contacting me, even when we listed her as the primary contact. Lauchlan and Alex both treated us equally, and we were very grateful for this.
