I had a great experience with Belle property and would use them again!!

Very positive as always. Thanks again Lauchlan for exemplary service.

Lauchlan was very pro-active and professional in all dealings. Would highly recommend.

My experience with Lauchlan has been a very positive one. I found him to be efficient and professional and a pleasure to deal with at all times. His command of the market was exemplary, and he used this to a great advantage to support my successful sale!

After missing out at auction Lachlan was able to help us find a great place nearby in our price range.

Lauchlan has been a total professional. When i first received his appraisal there was just something that stood out from all the others. Photo of Lauchlan the office and the properties bellle had on the market. Just speaking with him i knew i had the right person to sell my property. I had this apartment listed with another agent for 4 1/2 months with no offers. Lauchlan sold the property in under 3 weeks. Lauchlan took the buyer out for coffee to deliver the section 32 and sold the apartment because he went above and beyond for his client. this is my 4th property sale and Lauchland is the most professional agent I have ever dealt with. Five-star service

Lauchlan made the sale process very easy - organising styling, marketing and auction campaign, with culmination of successful auction outcome on the day

I am pleased with the professional service provided by Lauchlan and the team at Belle. They made the process of selling this property hassle-free and efficient. The use of staging furniture and marketing photos was certainly well worth it.

Lauchlan was incredibly helpful, easy to communicate with, and a highly professional negotiator during my buying experience.

Great communication and accomodating approach. Made the buying process very easy.

This sale was our third experience with real estate agents over the last 2 years and by far the best. Lauchlan made the whole process easy from start to finish, he communicated with us every step of the way and helped secure a result both sides were happy with. I highly recommend Lauchlan, Alex and Belle Property team to anyone in the market for a great agent.

Lauchlan, your local knowledge, professional approach to the marketing campaign, and experienced negotiating skills were all key factors in achieving a fantastic result which I am extremely pleased with. I'll certainly be using your services again and recommend to others. Many thanks
