Lachlan is extremely knowledgeable! He was very approachable & takes the time to understand your situation. He is very down to earth yet very professional! I have recommended him to friends & will absolutely continue to do so! Would not go through anyone else, he’s a gem…. 10/10 fro me!!
From the moment we contacted Lauchlan the process flowed seamlessly and we couldn’t be happier
Lauchlan was very professional and went out of his way to allow us to view the property at 8pm on a Tuesday night. We appreciated the responsive nature of our communications particularly given we had another property that was awaiting our decision.
Lauchlan and Brittany did a excellent job and produced a great result. They were always on time, professional and amiable.
Lachlan went above and beyond through every step of the process. We live O/S so his communication and advice helped us through every step of the process.
This is the 2nd property Lauchlan has assisted us with, both experiences were exemplary with Lauchlan's and the agency's professionalism, attention to details and service in client's best interest. I would recommend Lauchlan if you looking for a Professional who is well experienced, understands the market and very importantly, understands client's interest over the agency's. Great Job!
Lauchy has the skills and real estate knowledge that made the purchase of our new home a great experience. I have no hesitation in recommending Lauchy to my friends and family.
I am pleased to report that Lauchlan Waterfield provided an excellent SELLING experience. As an inexperienced Vendor, Lauchlan with his warm, GENUINE and professional manner, was able to provide an experience that diffused the stresses of selling! Always polite and courteous, he was so good to deal with, as well as being very well informed. I thoroughly recommend Lauchlan Waterfield.
PLEASANT ENTHUSIASTIC YOUNG MEN, NOT PUSHY, OR VULGAR. I FELT THEY WERE INTERESTED IN OUR PROPERTY AND GENUINELY WANTING TO ACHIEVE A GOOD PRICE AT AUCTION.
Lauchlan was very professional and timely with updates. The only area of improvement would be with the office processes. I was asked for the same information three times by three different people.
Lachlan was the real estate agent when we bought. He was very professional. Quite happy with the service.
Very happy with the process. We were kept well informed by Lauchlan throughout the campaign and felt that we had made the right decision about our selling agent.
