Throughout the process of buying the apartment Lauchlan was professional, friendly and knowledgeable, which helped to make it such an easy, positive experience. What stood out was his great communication and his willingness to assist with any questions or concerns
I was so happy with the whole experience because of Lachlan's professionalism and kindness. The whole process was very well organized, and I was very well informed. Lachlan has communicated with me promptly and has been extremely helpful. Not only was he a wealth of knowledge, but he was very efficient and also very patient. I could not have closed the deal totally stress-free without him. I just wanted to say a big thank you to Lachlan and his team for this amazing and wonderful experience!
Lauchlan is very professional and passionate. He doesn’t just sit and hope, instead he took initiatives and achieved good outcome. Highly recommend him!
Lauchlan was very accommodating and prompt to get back to us with our requests
Lauchlan conducted himself in a professional manner throughout the whole process. There was a period leading up to the auction that he was away but he was able to arrange for my building inspector to visit the property before the auction. I would definitely consider his services when selling my property.
Absolutely fantastic. Wasn’t the easiest of sales for Lauchlan but he went above and beyond to keep us updated and informed every step of the way.
We engaged Lauchlan to sell our apartment on Dandenong Rd. Lauchlan was attentive and quick to respond in all our engagements with him. He helped us see the wood from trees and designed a campaign that took full advantage of what our property had to offer. He offered advice and guidance on works required to ready the property for sale. Lauchlan's transparency and clear explanations gave us the confidence we needed to leave him to do his thing to get us the result we wanted. Highly recommend Lauchlan's services and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Lauchlan displays a most professional approach in all aspects of his role as an agent. He instils confidence in the client through his listening to the clients needs and succinct insights re the sale and the current market situation. The feedback and communication throughout the process is appropriate and keeps the client well informed of progress.
Lauchlan has been very responsive and extremely helpful during the process of purchasing my first home!
The experience was positive and reassuring at all times. Better than expected for my first auction experience. Thank you Lauchlan.
Lauchlan (and in the initial stages Brittany) have been just amazing in assisting us with the acquisition of our property in Southbank. They kept us informed at every step of the process and they have always been as transparent as possible.
