We first met Lauchlan on the day our offer was accepted post Auction. We were a bit a gun shy at Auction and Lauchlan approached us after to better understand our level of interest. After another inspection and after Lauchlan gave us some valuable time for us to gather our thoughts, he helped negotiate our offer with the vendors. All in all it was a stress free, unpressurised negotiation- even though our deliberations and negotiation were delaying Lauchlan for his next auction, we never felt pressured. Once our final offer was delivered, both the vendors and ourselves took some time to think it over. About an hour later we received the call our offer was accepted. We had a great experience with Lauchlan and he gave us the confidence we needed guiding us through our first purchase. Highly Recommended!
