Lauchlan showed excellent local knowledge, professionalism, and communication in all our dealings. We would certainly deal with him again. We recommend him to any buyers.
Lauchlan clearly understands the local market well and was in constant communication in regard to how the campaign was going, as well as dealing with challenges (such as a difficult neighbor and a snap lockdown) along the way. He was always clear and upfront throughout the process which helped managed expectations. Despite one of the most bizarre auctions you'd ever witness (through no fault of Lauchlan's) he kept a cool head and outlined a strategy to move forward. Contrary to our initial disappointment we then sold within a week post-auction for a price we were happy with.
There were some things about the property I am sure the previous owner did not advice Lachlan, water leak sound in bedroom and oven not working correctly, which I believe was known by to the owner, which I wish I was advised about, not Lachlan's fault.
Lauchlan did a fantastic job under very difficult circumstances. He remained professional even though he had to work around covid restrictions and a lock down plus a tenant who was unwilling to move out of our investment property. He still delivered an exceptional result.
I met with 3 agencies prior to listing my 2 bedroom apartment with Lauchlan. Of the three agents, Lauchlan had the most drive and came very well prepared wanting to win my business. He had a well articulated vision and price for apartment, and was able to assist with a cost effective small scale renovation in 2 weeks and presenting property. Lauchlan kept me well informed throughout and even communicated 15 minutes after Victorian snap lock down was announced to reassure. Very happy with result on auction day. I doubt I would have got this result following advice of other agents.
Lauchlan has been very professional, honest, knowledgeable and accommodating to all my enquiries and needs since day 1 at inspection. Although there were many interests on the day of inspection however Lauchlan had been very adequately responsive and informing through the whole process. Lauchlan has made my property buying experience very smooth and reassuring as he liaised with the vendors through the process. I highly recommend Lauchlan for his professionalism and exceptionally friendly and trustworthy personality.
Knowlege of the real estate market is excellent,as the way the seller communicates as well as the buyer is transparent and professional. J would like to add an important thing for as Lauchlan represents a large culture in contact with client.
Every step of the way Lauchlan was helpful & professional, on many occasions going well above expected standards. In the year of Covid he guided us through a very stressful & confusing year. I am very grateful for the support & guidance he gave.
We were very pleased with Lauchlan's commitment, communication, and negotiation skills to get a result for us. We would happily recommend Lauchlan to friends.
Lauchlan has a detailed understanding of the Prahran market and provided good advice throughout the sales campaign. We are very happy with Lauchlan's professionalism & communication when dealing with both ourselves and our tenants. Would highly recommend using Lauchlan.
Lauchlan was very easy to work with and kept me well informed during the campaign. It was my first purchase and Lauchlan was very patient and answered any questions I had during the sale. A very comfortable and exciting experience!
