We met with a few agents prior to renovating and selling, but chose Lauren from Greg Hocking Poulios as she "knows her stuff". They sell the bulk of properties in the Heath, which can mean a lot of competition, but there is a "buyer for everyone" in the end. Sale price came in lower than expected, probably due to amount of props on the market, and general cool down, but a rewarding process nonetheless. Lauren opened outside of scheduled inspections too, one of which was for the resulting buyer, so she does work incredibly hard to get these sales happening.
