She has an easy going manner and great sense of humour and her openness and honesty instils you with confidence that she will do the right thing by you. We have known Lauren for a number of years as we have considered selling before but never took the leap. We eventually ended up buying before selling and had to move fairly quickly and opened our campaign over the Xmas/New year holiday period.
