Lauren was on the ball the second we met with her. Her relaxed but professional approach made it easy to feel comfortable around her and know that there wasn’t much required of us. We are both lead really busy lives and it was great to know that Lauren had everything under control for us but still kept us in the loop with everything. Her regular phone check in’s were great. She She got us just over our reserve which exactly what we wanted. Lauren was never pushy with anything always had our best interests of mind.
