I'm not the review type - however, I will make an exception for Lauren. I had a lot of commitments competing for my attention when I engaged Lauren to sell my property. I needed someone who was efficient and competent, and who could follow my instructions and complete the task quickly, and in a manner favourable to me. Lauren did that - and she did it quickly, effectively, and most importantly, in a way that was stress free for me. From the moment I met Lauren I knew that she was the agent for me. Personable and friendly, she put me at ease right away. Her local knowledge was excellent and answered all my questions about a marketing strategy that was appropriate for the sale of my apartment. This was extremely important to me as had to return to Queensland to continue medical treatment. Whilst in Queensland we liaised on the phone and Lauren worked tirelessly to organize all the tasks required to get my apartment ready for sale. Lauren from the time she took on the sale organised awesome carpet layer/painters to revamp the inside and out in completed in an extremely tight time frame. Lauren was able to use her knowledge/professionalism to get my property prepared for sale in 2 weeks from 1st contact to Settlement, all within around 2 months. Note:Property was listed before Christmas a settled early in the New Yr. I have no hesitation in recommending Lauren to anyone to conduct their sale of property for them.
