Lauren is second to none when it comes to knowing the local property market and her results show this. From the word go to the sale of our property Lauren made life easy with great communication throughout selling our home before auction in a little over a week after it was listed. Highly recommended if you want results fast.
We had a great experience with Lauren. She was explanatory and made the whole process of buying a house as simple as possible.
Lauren is very professional, communicates clearly and sets realistic expectations. She will answer any questions promptly. I have dealt with Lauren first as a buyer, and was so impressed by her that I then chose to use her to sell my house. I would happily recommend her.
Thank you Lauren. This is a note of appreciation for the excellent service we received from you in selling our property. We'd like to compliment you for the excellent service you provided us since we first met you. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. We are highly pleased with the professional manner & friendship in which you showed us. We want you to know how much we appreciated your assistance when we first met you, the advice you gave us & the way you explained everything was invaluable. You were calm, cool, & collected & not pushy. Finally, often we experience bad service from various businesses, however, there are times, when we do get excellent services and our needs are handled kindly and carefully. In such circumstances, we must acknowledge the services of the person and the business too. We wish you continued success. Thank you once again for all your support & keep up the good work. Best Wishes Mesfin & Mebrak
When I met Lauren I sensed good omen by her wonderful demeanour and willingness to help. I was very fortunate to come across Lauren when looking for my first home. I found Lauren to be a conscientious person and very helpful in getting things done. Thank you Lauren!
My experience with Lauren was second to none! Lauren knew this was the sale of my first home; so she took the time to explain the process to me, kept me informed every step of the way, I could always reach her, and she remained cool, calm and collected when I was feeling emotional! All these things really put my mind at ease. But what really stood out to me about Lauren is that she was honest and realistic instead of overpromising, she invited me into the process, let me make decisions and gave me options instead of telling me what to do. I felt like her partner from start to finish, and I could really tell that she cared about getting the best outcome for me. Thank you, Lauren!
Lauren has been a fantastic agent in selling our apartment. Lauren kept us informed all the way and communicated effectively and professionally. Lauren was easy to reach and always responded to queries no matter how simple. After months of trying to sell my apartment with another agent, Lauren was able to sell our apartment within weeks! She is well versed with modern day techniques which maximise reach and effective use of technology. I will definitely be using Lauren as an agent again and have been recommending Lauren to friends and family.
Lauren is a godsend. We were struggling to sell our apartment elsewhere with the added stress of a special needs child, Lauren came in to rescue us. She understood what would appeal to the market and what to show buyers. Lauren attracted the right buyers to our home, and got us an offer within weeks, all this without adding any more stress to our situation. We are so pleased with Lauren and would not look at any other agent in the future. We're recommending Lauren to all of our friends and family in Canberra.
It’s clear Lauren loves what she does. Lauren made us feel so at ease and took control of everything. We didn’t have to worry at all as it’s clear Lauren has a great amount of knowledge in the selling game. We will definitely be using Lauren again when the time comes!
Lauren provided expert advice on how to structure the house in preparation for sale. Lauren connected us with a remarkable support team and guided each potential buyer to the highlights of the house. Lauren kept me informed of each step and the progress of each potential buyer. In the end, Lauren exceeded our expectations in connecting the best buyer to our house. I have since recommended Lauren to my friends who have had equal success. Lauren is the ideal real estate agent
Lauren is an amazing agent, she is professional and charming. She is always on the front foot with your property and will get it sold!
Lauren is a highly recommend agent. She worked tirelessly to ensure the sale of my house was a positive result at Auction and a positive experience. Despite me living out of the ACT during the process od sale, she was brilliant with communication and everything went as smooth as possible. Absolutely amazing agent and I was very grateful for her looking after my sale. Lauren's team at Hayman and Partners were all amazing too. Very safe hands in every aspect. Many thanks!
