We had come across Hayman Partners initially as buyers, and were already impressed with how they presented properties and the capability of their agents. From our initial meeting with Lauren, she was straight forward, answered our questions with simple responses, and didn't try to 'oversell' any aspects of the service she would provide. After we engaged her, she mobilised quickly and got us on the market. From there, her communication was at the right frequency and adapted to suit us (Conference calls with all three of us on, WhatsApp messages). We talked through early offers we received and got a true sense she was in it to get a great outcome for us, not to sell quick and get commission. If you want an agent that you can trust to be 'on your side', we don't think you'll find many better in the market.
