Lauren is approachable and cheerful. She explained the steps of the sale process clearly, both upfront and as we went. She tailored her communication to my preferences, and I loved the ease of having a WhatsApp group for fast questions or updates, while still phoning for longer or more serious conversations. Lauren was reassuring while remaining honest, which I greatly appreciate.

Lauren's knowledge of the market was en pointe. From the outset, she had us confident we would be near the price we wanted and even though we were against doing an auction, assured us it was the right course of action for us. She was correct. We went into an auction to sticky beak and came out home owners, so our experience was pretty great. Lauren and Chris were incredibly helpful in negotiations to get both the sellers and ourselves to an agreement we were all happy with. I do feel a bit guilty for how many times Lauren had to run up stairs in heels to chat with the sellers on our behalf, but they were informative, helpful, and keen to assist in the progress of the sale without being overly pushy or inconsiderate of our position.
