We've wanted to work with Lauren to buy or sell a property for a few years becasue we've seen and heard amazing things about her market knowledge in the Hawkesbury and the excellent relationships she's built and maintained with her clients over her impressive career... and we can attest that she lives up to her reputation! We made the decision to sell one of our investment properties in Nth Richmond and she came to see us the same day! We went through the property and she gave an appraisal that ended up being exactly the sale price and a time frame that was bang on! There was no bullshit, no mucking around, just an honest and easy experience start to finish. She found a beautiful young couple to purchase their first home and we recieved the great price we were looking for. The constant, honest, straight-foward explanations exceeded our expectations and overall she was just super easy to deal with, she's organised and she knows her stuff! She helped us access potential developers, worked though some council zoning issues, she was patient when we had to wait for answers from a potential builder all while she managed the potential buyers that were ready to go...we weren't the easiest clients but we were never made to feel like a burden. We highly recommend Lauren to anyone buying or selling a property - you will be left feeling as appreciative and satisfied as we were!! Super thankful we made the choice to sell with this great agent!
