I was late to get the house on the market; just as the interest rates started to rise and clearances had slowed. Lauren and I discussed the sale price, agreed on the strategy, and the house was listed for auction with a 5-week sales campaign. Lauren worked hard to identify potential buyers and get people through the property. She kept me informed of interest in the property and was honest about potential buyers' intentions. The house was sold in just over 3 weeks and at the top of the asking price. Lauren knows Newport and was able to deliver a great outcome at a difficult time.
Upon initially meeting Lauren there was a clear difference to any other agent I had dealt with. She was calm, collected, extremely assertive, nothing sounded scripted, she didn’t boost about previous sales nor did she talk about or appeared to be concerned about other agents I was considering for my property. She didn’t try to condition me or convince me. Her whole demeanour was extremely refreshing and encouraging. Throughout the campaign Lauren demonstrated the ability to guide buyers towards our property, she knew every detail of the property. Communication, feedback and updates was a high priority for me which Lauren excelled at. Nearing the end of the campaign is when Lauren really stood out. Without being overbearing or pushy, she has an exceptionally profound ability to conduct and control negotiations. Upon a successful sale the service provided didn’t stop. She followed the process right to settlement and beyond. Lauren was accompanied by a great team including Tess. It felt like I had an entire team with Lauren leading the charge. The only one regret I have is not including Lauren years ago in my real estate journey both buying, selling. With a wealth of knowledge and advice she is the agent we needed.

Lauren was very personable and knows the Newport area better than anyone else we spoke to. We purchased our house originally through Lauren 7 years ago and she still remembered the details. Was always giving us honest feedback as to what was happening not only with our property but what was going on in the market at the time.
