I have been on a purchasing journey as a 'single middle-aged divorcee from the country' for a couple of years. The last bit of my journey finding myself in a seller's market competing against sometimes up to 100 people for a property in Melbourne. Out of the 20-30 real estate agents I have encountered over this time, Lauren is literally THE ONLY ONE who I felt truly actually helped me; taking the time and significant effort to cater to my needs as a what I called being a 'fussy' buyer. She was the only one to actually phone me to talk through property after property as I rejected each one to then hone what she would show to me until she introduced to me what I thought was my dream home.
