The sale of my house was a bit of an usual situation but Lauren absolutely did not let that stop her from making sure I got the best possible outcome. Right from the get go Lauren was amazing to deal with so friendly and so understanding of the market, the area and where my house sat the whole way through the process. She priced the house accordingly, and when I was hit with obstacles along the way Lauren constantly kept me up to date and was on the ball with new ways to market my property and make the most of it. You won’t find a harder working agent than Lauren. Being a vendor for the first time I was full of uncertainty doing a lot of research before choosing Lauren and I’m glad I did. She was able to field my many questions and put my mind at ease in what turned out to be probably the worst time to sell property in the last century. Heading up to auction was a nervous time with COVID-19 all over the headlines, with the walls closing in it was looking like we were just going to make it. Then just three days out Mr Andrews shut it all down. Nobody knew what to do but Lauren remained calm under fire assuring me we still get a result we will just have to adjust our tactics. I was in two minds as to what the best course of action was now, but Lauren was able to give me the confidence to keep pushing on. With no more opens the only way to view the property was through private inspections so Lauren had her work cut out for her. But she just kept grinding and got the price I was looking for so I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. So much so that I currently have my second property listed with her and I have no doubt she will achieve another great result despite these challenging market conditions.
