I have been on a purchasing journey as a 'single middle-aged divorcee from the country' for a couple of years. The last bit of my journey finding myself in a seller's market competing against sometimes up to 100 people for a property in Melbourne. Out of the 20-30 real estate agents I have encountered over this time, Lauren is literally THE ONLY ONE who I felt truly actually helped me; taking the time and significant effort to cater to my needs as a what I called being a 'fussy' buyer. She was the only one to actually phone me to talk through property after property as I rejected each one to then hone what she would show to me until she introduced to me what I thought was my dream home. She had me all sorted to participate in the auction. And on the day I lost. Again. On her own initiative, she scoured properties that were built by the same builder, in the location I was after, with the same/similar layout, and then asked the owners if they would consider selling. She found one and secured a win/win/win deal within 24 hours! We ALL felt we had won; the buyer (me) and the seller all feeling like we had got a great deal! No marketing, off market, but at a price that was fetched at auction without all the auctionn costs for the seller! I seriously cannot recommend Lauren enough. I have bought and sold many properties over the years, and she truly is an agent for both the buyer and seller alike striking a 'fair' deal so no-one feels like they have lost.
