Lauri's market knowledge, communication and professionalism were all exceptional. From our first meeting at the property to handing over the keys at settlement, Lauri exceeded our expectations. I would use Lauri's services again and have no hesitation in recommending her.
Woweeee we were blown away by Lauri going over-and-above in providing a smooth experience selling our house in Hilton. We were juggling painters and landscapers on a tight schedule and it went very well. As over-seas sellers things could have been trickier for us but Lauri was over everything and made it a breeze. She was generous with her time and energy and we felt like we could trust her and we were in the best hands. 110% can't recommend Lauri more, she really knows her stuff and we are so grateful we went with her.
Lauri was all the things you might hope for in a real estate agent. She helped us not just with the sale of our house but with understanding the market, connecting us with reliable service providers as we prepared the property for viewing and with the offer and settlement process.
Lauri and Linda were very professional, but also friendly and warm. The ease of communication made the buying process a much less overwhelming experience. Their knowledge of the market was also super helpful in guiding us. We had a great experience buying with Lauri and Linda and although we are very very happy with our recent purchase and have no plans selling anytime soon, I would definitely be getting in touch if/when we decide to sell!
Laurie was great to deal with. Honest and accurate description of the market. Always responded to calls or messages. Would recommend to anyone.
Throughout the process of buying our first home, we found Lauri to be professional, approachable and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the information, making everything easy to understand and seamless. She possesses an excellent understanding of the Hilton area.
A sensible, no nonsense approach to real estate.I felt informed and supported in the purchase of my new home.
Lauri was able to advise as to the property preparation and was very accurate in the market expectation ,and price
Lauri and her team are absolute professionals, from start to finish they made every step go smoothly, I can’t recommend them highly enough. Our house was sold in the first home open, thanks to Lauri and Linda’s help.
We recently purchased our first home through Curtain & Co realty and were extremely impressed by the professionalism that was shown by Lauri, and her team. No question went unanswered and we were beyond impressed by her efforts, industry knowledge and expertise.
Selling a heritage listed apartment in a strata was a challenging task for Lauri which she handled with dedication and skill. This apartment would suit a certain kind of buyer and Lauri managed to find just the right one. Over the years when it seemed it would never regain its price ( from 2007)) she hung on and finally achieved a great outcome. Thanks Lauri for all your hard work. Selling a place is quite an emotional experience and I appreciated your calmness and good sense.
Curtain and Co, sold the next door property to ours, so I spoke with Lauri at that home open. I was impressed with her professionalism during that sale and ask her to look at our property as we planned to sell in the near future. After our discussion we decided to sell ahead of schedule. Lauri helped us with everything we needed to do to prepare our property for sale. Once prepared she had the property sold within a week of listing. We received a better than expected price. We thoroughly recommend Curtain and Co. and should we need a real estate agent in the future they will be out first call. Thanks Lauri we're very happy :)
