She was helpful with advice on what to do when purchasing a new property for my mother in law. As well as being helpful in her advice about which offers to choose and what to expect price wise. She was extremely knowledgeable about the Hilton area. Including house prices and what to expect in regards to council. On top of this she had plenty of local advice about what we could do with unwanted items when we moved. Lauri is a fabulous, motivated and compassionate agent and I would recommend her to anyone selling in the Hilton area.

Lauri took over the sale of our property after it had been on the market with another agent and without a bight for 3 months. The house was empty so she suggested staging which really displayed the place in a great light.
