Selling your home is stressful - even before you sign on an agent's dotted line, particularly when a home has been loved, a part of your life for many years, and has so many wonderful memories. It was a really tough decision to sell. A real case of 'Love it or List it'. Getting agents in to appraise your home and sell you their own worth and that of the company they represent is also stressful. We were dreading this part.
