As we have said there is no problem with Leanne. She handled the inspection with grace and adroitness. Our problem is that she was not empowered to properly negotiate with us because she had all these strictures around because she could not respond properly to any offer with definitiveness. She did not know what offers were on hand as these were with other personnel in the agency who had not disclosed to her their offers or were keeping it confidential. This is an odd way to handle a real estate business where people working for the agency have no idea what the other person is doing and is not allowed to. Try and make sense of all that nonsense. This is very frustrating to potential buyers like us and in fact made us very angry. Whilst I am happy to recommend Leanne I have difficulty in understanding the modus operandi of the agency. Fortunately we got there at the end of the day.

Leanne was terrific. She was genuine to deal with. Had a really good knowledge of the local market and gave us a valuation of our home that was more than our research lead us to think we would sell for. As it turned out, we ended up getting more than her valuation, which was very pleasing for us. Her marketing strategy was spot on.
