Lee sent us a sales advertisement to Townsville to find out if we wanted to sell or not - that helped us to make a decision to sell. We asked him to value the property as we had an obnoxious tennant in there. he did that quickly and effectively. The tennant moved and he put furniture in and sent us photos and showed it about twice before we got an offer that we accepted. after battling with the body corporate for a while to get relevant information - the sale went smoothly.
