If there was a ten star rating we would give it to Lee! He was tremendously helpful from the first time we met, at the Open House of the property that we recently purchased in the Noosa Hinterland. Although we were completely unfamiliar with the OpenNegotiation process of on-line bidding, Lee explained it well & was very supportive throughout the auction process. We would recommend OpenNegotiation as a stress-free & transparent way to participate in a property auction. Due to major issues with our lenders in obtaining finance, our purchase process was far more drawn out and stressful for ourselves and the sellers, than was anticipated. Lee however, could not have been more supportive and helpful during this time, doing everything he possibly could to expedite the process (including contacting brokers & lenders directly) and keeping both sellers & ourselves well informed along the way. We cannot thank him enough for all his encouragement and the unfailing support that certainly contributed to us being able to complete the purchase our dream property.
