I was keen on the block of land Lee was the selling agent for. It was on a slope so there are building challenges. Lee was accommodating of my need to undertake due diligence and worked with the owners to facilitate that. Other aspects also required understanding from Lee. Lee recently sold our block of land at Valdora. We met Lee whilst looking at other property in the area and signed with him when we decided to sell our land because from our discussions with him it was clear he has great knowledge about the area and values, etc. Given COVID and the current economic situation, I didn't have high expectations.
