Lee recently sold our block of land at Valdora. We met Lee whilst looking at other property in the area and signed with him when we decided to sell our land because from our discussions with him it was clear he has great knowledge about the area and values, etc. Given COVID and the current economic situation, I didn't have high expectations. However, our land sold in just over a week - a cash sale at the asking price (which returned a profit for us and to date is the highest price paid for land in the estate), with settlement just a few weeks later. We received great advice regards setting a price that was a true reflection of the value of the land, and while the land was on the market and during the contract period we received regular updates and assistance.
