My property was a very good property but it was a little different it its plan arrangement. It also had an existing tenant with lots of big furniture making it look smaller than it was. As a result it was a bit harder and took longer to sell. Lee had to use all his experience and abilities to help the buyers "see" past the perceived negatives to the "actual" positives. I ever doubted he was the right person to sell the property and neither did he. Lee managed to achieve a price I was happy with - without having to resort to "conditioning" me to accept what the "market" said the property was "really worth".
