I initially contacted Lee for an appraisal of my property and told Lee that I was still only considering selling. Lee got back to me promptly and professionally with an appraisal, I still hadn't decided 100% to sell and Lee respected my decision and told me that he wouldn't hound me with phone calls but that he would follow up in a fortnight to see if I had made my mind up. It took quite a while for me to decide to go ahead with the sale and I certainly wasn't hounded by any means, Lee called me back at the agreed intervals until my wife and I were certain we wanted to proceed with the sale.
