The Agent to Have in Your Team

We met Lee when we first considered selling five years ago and he maintained regular correspondence with us up until we decided the time was right to go to market. Lee was involved throughout our entire sale process - signed us up, present to provide his perspective when the photos were taken, delivered us flowers for the first open, was present for each open and also acted as the auctioneer. The high level of ongoing transparency and communication was highly valued by in order to fully understand the position we were in prior to going to auction. We were able to secure our asking price as a result of Lee's hard work. As for all vendors, anything over the asking price is a nice bonus and this would've been welcome but it wasn't for us this time. Once the purchasers had signed up Lee continued to provide us with updates until their finance was approved. He even sent us a congratulatory gift in the mail. We're really appreciative of having his help at such a bewildering time.

Excellent!

Was apprehensive about the selling process for my investment property however, Lee was absolutely brilliant. He has good market insight, is honest in his expectations and his communication skills are of a high standard. Additionally, he is very proactive with extended networks that he used to tap into many potential buyers. All this, gave me confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing. The whole experience turned out to be very pleasant and positive and I was able to get the desired result without having to go to auction. Would highly recommend Lee's services to anyone!

Above & Beyond

We couldn’t have been happier with the outcome of the sale of our house. We were daunted by the prospect of selling our first home but Lee made the entire process seamless and calmed all nerves. Lee displayed complete transparency from our first meeting and this continued for the entire campaign, maintaining constant contact on how we were progressing against our expectations. Prior to sale Lee provided numerous options on how we could proceed and offering bipartisan advice on each.

Strategic and Tenacious

When it came time to sell our property we explored 3 potential agents including Lee, who we met at an open inspection for a property in a nearby suburb. Before our first meeting Lee had developed a strategy for the property knowing that being on a busy street it would take a more creative approach to get the best price. This included working with a colleague from the local Richmond office who new the area and buyers intimately. This said a lot to us about Lee's approach, instead of wanting to take all the commission for himself he drew upon the skills and knowledge of his broader agency to get the best information, develop the best strategy and ultimately make the best sale possible. Lee worked tenaciously throughout the campaign. We could not recommend Lee more highly.

Lee is an outstanding agent who knows how to get the best price in a friendly and professional way.

Lee did an amazing job organizing the whole process. He thought of everything, from the legal matters to suggesting simple things we could do to get a better price. He gave feedback after each open session and gave a full briefing prior to the auction. He obviously loves his job and it showed in the way he conducted the auction. He certainly knows when to be patient and how to talk the property up when the bidding slows. It was a fantastic result, way above expectation.

Very Helpful

We found Lee to be extremely pleasant and very professional to deal with throughout the sale process. A class act

Lee has the goods - when it came to selling our investment property he constantly went the extra mile to keep us up to date. After every inspection we'd get a phone call or email detailing the interested parties and the progress of the sale, and his detailed market knowledge left us feeling very much in the loop rather than flying blind as we'd felt with agents in the past. We got a great result at auction, and the bottle of Moet and restaurant voucher for Coda were the icing on the cake.

Above and beyond

It's a pleasure to be recommending Lee - he got us a fantastic price for our home, regularly going above and beyond for us. He has a keen eye for how to successfully market, particularly in and around the inner north. He's professional, enthusiastic, personable and, most importantly, has the right amount of hustle to engage meaningfully with potential buyers without being overbearing.
