Lee Muddle of Jellis Craig Fitzroy: A True Professional!

Lee Muddle was most professional in his manner, always personable and most knowledgeable regarding the current real estate market. With each open for inspection he communicated with us immediately and kept us informed throughout each week regarding how the campaign was progressing. We could not have asked for a better agent to run our campaign and we are thrilled with the auction result his hard work and those of his fellow agents achieved for us. We would have no hesitation in recommending Lee to prospective vendors.

Bounding with Energy

My wife Bernie and I met Lee following an auction he did on a property across the road from us in Harold Street Thornbury in 2015. We had decided to make a sea change for health reasons and contacted Lee for an appraisal before going to Queensland. He kept in touch with us on a regular basis to advise us of the housing market. We decided it was time to sell and Lee organised all to do with our home sale as we were in Queensland and thus were unable to be physically be in Victoria. Lee's enthusiasm not only about property but for the customer knows no boundary and the way he kept us informed was as if we were in Victoria. He explained everything about the selling process and gave us reassurance at every step and more to the point he was realistic and practicable about the volatility of the housing market but still provided us with confidence in his ability to deliver the best possible service and price on the auction day. To sum up Lee is to say; professional, reassuring, confident and enthusiastic. Many thanks Lee for your service and ability to obtain a much higher price for our property than we thought at our auction.

Ever had the pushy sale, well never again, Lee is your agent. Friendly and accommodating in his approach, he managed the whole engagement with an air of professionalism I have never seen. The whole team worked seamlessly to ensure enough interest from prospective buyers resulted in a maximum sale price. Fantastic experience.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND LEE MUDDLE - GREAT RESULT

Lee Muddle was fantastic. We cannot recommend Lee enough, he was great through the entire duration. He kept us informed every step of the way. We knew what everyone that came through thought and where they stood in buying. He worked extremely hard for a great result all round. He helped with suggestions and an interior decorator to help the house look it's best. Highly recommend and would definitely use Lee again if we sold. His auctioning skills are exceptional. Don't waste your time with other agents. Thanks again Lee.

First class agent and auctioneer

I can’t thank Lee, Bev and their team enough for their management of the sale of my house. The campaign went beautifully and resulted in a sale beyond my expectation. Lee’s advice was absolutely spot on – he had a comprehensive knowledge of the area, his guidance on how to present the house for sale was helpful and the marketing was of an exceptionally high quality. He gave me regular updates on the campaign progress and responded quickly to any email or phone queries or concerns. He made the whole process of selling a house as easy as possible for me – I just sat back and waited! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Lee and his team.

Great Job Lee!!

Being a WA based investor, and working FIFO out of Darwin, I thought that selling my one bedroom apartment in Fitzroy was never going to be an easy process. As it turns out, I was wrong! I had singled out Lee right from my initial enquiry (I was just testing the market at that time) as the person to call should I ever want to sell my property. That time came a few months later when my tenants gave notice to vacate and I decided the time was right to sell, so I gave him a call. After receiving an impressive sales proposal, I gave Lee the go-ahead to act for me in the sale of my property. Whilst I was fully aware that I could have saved a few dollars on fees by shopping around with other local agents, I was very impressed from the outset with Lee’s confidence, professionalism, detailed knowledge of the local market, and of the overall sales process, so I decided to risk paying that bit extra in the hope it would pay off come auction day. Well auction day never came, as three very serious buyers surfaced within a week or so of the apartment going online, and a written offer was received well before the scheduled auction date. Lee did a great job in keeping the competition keen during the negotiation stage and securing the best possible offer. In fact, the offer I accepted was considerably higher than what I had expected to achieve at auction. Despite my initial fears, the sales process turned out to be near effortless on my part. Lee kept me fully informed at each step of the way. He always answered my queries promptly, and took the time to discuss my concerns throughout the sales process. Lee certainly delivered on his promises and achieved a great result. My only regret is that I never got to meet him in person. Next time I am in Melbourne I will definitely look you up Lee!

Lee did a spectacular job!

We were hugely impressed with Lee. He thoroughly understands realestate and the path to getting a great result. Lee and the team provided great advice, worked super hard, were proactive and communicative. We knew exactly what was going on every step of the way, which made for a very smooth sales campaign. When it came to auction day Lee knew the face and name of every potential buyer in the crowd (and there was a very big crowd!). This demonstrated to us how valuable it was to have the auctioneer in charge of the sales campaign from start to finish. We have no doubt that Lee's expertise and dedication was key to the stellar result, well above our expectations. On top of it all Lee and the team are lovely people to work with. Highly recommended!

Elite performance - professionalism, communication, result

Lee brings enthusiasm, confidence and personality to the table. He is extremely organised and a very effective communicator. We felt very informed with regard to progress throughout the open homes and he helped guide us through each stage of the sale. Lee has a great style as an auctioneer and was easily able to put the buyers at ease throughout the auction. We would highly recommended Lee as your agent and/or auctioneer.
