With my wife and I not living, locally this was always going to be a more complex situation. After considering a few agents we chose Lee. Lee gave us realistic and up to date information on a sale price. The real value for us was the service he and Erin provided. There were some complications with the property and previous management that made the situation difficult. Lee and Erin spent their own time and effort doing the job the property manager should have taken care of before the tenant vacated. It saved me money, time and peace of mind.
