My 5 star review for Lee and his team is not just about the very quick sale or very good price it is about the journey Lee Murray appraised our home and we were very happy with his knowledge he explained the current local market advised us on the best marketing and advertising strategy to achieve the best result all of which he managed in a timely manner the video was certainly well worth the expense and received many positive comments from family friends and colleagues who viewed it. Our home was under off in 6 hours as Lee had contacted multiple Eastern States investors which was outstanding but the journey continued. The building inspection highlighted we needed a few minor repairs but I had no luck engaging tradesmen in the current trade shortage I spoke to Lee who used his contact network and within days all items had been attended to and fixed to a high standard. Every week we received a report on the progress of the sale and Lee made regular phone contact. So 5 stars to Lee and his team for a prompt sale and just as important great service start to finish.
