This is the 2nd time around we use Leigh to sell my property. First rime we met him, he was the up and coming young agent. But we can see his hard work, dedication and passion towards his craft. When we decided to sell our investment property, we can't even be bothered to talk with other agent. We know who we want to use. And he did not disappoint. He manage his own team now, and he did it so well. Everybody works hard and give us updates regularly. He knows what he is talking about and always been aligned and respectful with our opinion. Leigh is very committed in every aspect of the selling process. From the marketing campaign, through to the open for inspections and weekly activity reports. He never failed to communicate on a regular basis. He takes the ownership and responsibility, i.e. making regular call to the prospective buyer. We were impressed with the fact that he managed to get at least three bidders to bid in our auction, which is rare for an apartment, and in this tough market. All we can see is his dedication and passion in his work, rather than just being an ordinary Real Estate Agent!
