Len entered the Real Estate industry in May 1986 from a farming background. Being accustomed to hard work and long hours Len believes this helped him to succeed in the real estate industry.
In the first year he was awarded Rookie of the year, joined the Master Sales Persons Club and was placed on the Honour Board of the Real Estate Institute. Since he has been consistently placed amongst the top achievers in the industry, 80% of Lens business is now repeat and referral, which in its own speaks of the service and results he believes in. His continued success is a result of hard work, honesty and relaxed personality.
In 1999 Len studied to obtain a certificate in Real Estate Management and obtained a Triennial Certificate. This then enabled him in 2001 to open the Ocean Keys branch of David Evans Real Estate, which has consistently been the top selling office within the group.
