Leonie is incredibly professional and essy to deal with. Her appraisal was extremely accurate, her presentation of the property was outstanding, enabling the sale within a very short period. We highly recommend her as a realtor.

As a first time Estate Administrator I was truly concerned about this part of the process. Leonne set my mind at ease immediately. Her market knowledge is exceptional, and I was happy to place my trust in her. She made everything transparent and easy to understand, offering much appreciated advice in order to steer me in the right direction. I bought a house and sold one through the agency, as I thought it would be easier, how wrong I was. After the contract was signed to buy and sell, then things changed, Lucy was okay, hard to get Leonie to return calls. All of the people who had interactions with Leonie and their agency were taken aback by the rudeness, demanding and general lack of professionalism. I have talked to other people who either bought or sold with Leonie, they have the same comments. A comment that I heard from someone involved is, "What do you do for your 3.3%!", which apparently was asked of a support person in the agency office. I do like the price that was gotten, eventually, it took a while and there was a great deal of stress in the interaction, from what I could see, most of it was caused by Leonie and her office. Nothing is her fault though, according to her, which is a theme in other reviews. There is more to the story, the final thing I will say is that I have blocked her mobile phone number and her office, I really do not want to interact with that agency again.
