Les, from our initial discussions to the final sale of our house, was the best person for the job. Every step along the way he took the time to explain the process giving us guidance and advice based on his many years of experience. We never felt rushed and he went out of his way every time we met with him. He explained the auction process in detail to us and gave us a planner fulling detailing what was happening over the four weeks leading up to our auction. The night before the auction we met for over an hour and he explained the various scenarios that could happen on auction day. Though we were nervous on auction day, he made us feel as comfortable as possible. We were very pleased with the auction result and the team that he had working for him were also excellent.
