My husband and I have given up hope to ever being able to sell a property that was on the market for over a year by another agent. The property was a very difficult one to sell for reasons I am not going into here. We stumbled on Les and his agency when the previous agent RELEASED US FROM THE CONTRACT WITH HIM.
