From past experience I had a somewhat cynical view of real estate agents and AI can easily create sham reviews. I can, however, happily verify that Lewis legitimately earns all of his 5 star reviews! From first meeting he was professional and gave me a clear outline of the sales process without the lip service. Far from being an agent that talks the seller down in price just to make a sale, Lewis was able to secure an excellent off market price which exceeded my expectations. He was also able to do this within a relatively short period of time so I was not left waiting. There were some minor hiccups to negotiate during the process but Lewis was calm and always had a plan which was reassuring. Overall he made the process smooth and as stress-free as possible. He has a great support team as well. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Lewis is hungry for a listing and delivered what he promised . Other than sending a weekly email update there was limited other correspondence which was different to the last agent we dealt with and I probably would have liked a little more . Having said that Lewis achieved the price we wanted for our property which was great.

We were slow to commit to selling as we wanted to find a property in another area that would make the costs of the swap acceptable. While that took time we were not pressured to get on with the selling side. Lewis and his team were always prompt with their service, they were highly organised internally so that the viewing of the property occured seamlessly. We always felt we knew what was going on throughout the whole process.

Lewis provided an excellent service for the sale of our townhouse. He was easy to communicate with, had good local knowledge and contacts, and provided a great amount of assistance in the whole process. We got a deal done before the first open, and Lewis was a big part of that with his natural negotiating skills. We felt he was committed to a good outcome for us, which is what we got.
