We interviewed several real estate agents from different companies before choosing Lily. She was able to answer our questions professionally and had relevant examples at her fingertips - but she also listened sensitively to our concerns about selling our mother's house. Given that the bottom was falling out of the housing market, despite the fact that she had to drop our price (in consultation with us) still meant that she did sell the house - which is a better result, in fact, than I'd hoped for! I was afraid we'd be left with an empty house in a failing market - Lily sold it within her initial date range - and well within our anticipated price range.
