We are in Vermont South and thought of going through a Vermont South agent but chose Biggins Scott Glen Waverley instead after interviewing Ming Xu and Lily. I find that her market knowledge of Vermont South properties is excellent giving us the comparison of prices in the area since she has been servicing this area for over 12 years. Her communication is excellent with her knowledge of so many languages and she came from Malaysia which is close to Singapore where I am born. We understand each other instantly. She is committed in the open for inspections and managed to get things done quickly like getting the photographer ,script writer and the display board up in just about 3 days. Due to the lockdown, she managed to get so many buyers in at a notice of about 4 hours on a Thursday and the auction at 8 pm. We requested the auctioneer Ming Xu that we preferred since he is one of the best auctioneer here and he can connect better with the Chinese buyers. She managed to get him even at such short notice. I am very happy with her being to hardworking and can get things done quick. I am a chartered accountant for over 40 years and dealt with thousands of clients and staff and I know who are the good ones.
