Being in WA I had to rely almost entirely on Lily to find and co-ordinate the following: 1. Find contractors to disposed of years of stuff accumulated in the property. 2. Contractors to clean the house and tidy up the garden/yard to suitable presentable standard. 3. All work done satisfactorily and on time. 4. I was happy with marketing material produce and posting on the internet. 5. Required documentation for sale was handled well and easy for me to execute on line. 6. Hiring of a good auctioneer who performed an excellent auctioning job and sold the property for a better than expected price. 7. Over the course of 4 months there were lots of communication, both written and phone calls. Lily was patience throughout, answer and explain points of concern to me. There were suggestions by Lily to changes on plan/schedule that turned out to be excellent, as Lily had instinct of the market conditions. 8. Over the same period of time Lily kept me updated at each step, summary of every house open/inspection outcome and potential buyers that would turn up for the auction. Her timely communication ability is excellent as well as being accommodating. I would certainly recommend Lily as the selling agent.

I have dealt with a lot of real eatate agents over the years but Lily Liaw would have to be one of the best. Her commitment, work ethic and continual communication we exemplinary. She kept us up to date at all times, often working to late and on the weekends. She is very genuine and believable and does what she says she is going to. However, her standout performance was rearranging the auction time of 10 am Saturday morning back to 8.00pm Friday evening because of the lockdown. She notified all of nearly 100 groups that had come through the opens as well as making sure any interested buyers were contacted. All this with only just a few hours notice.
