Lisa has gone above and beyond what one would expect of an agent during the sale of our property. Having bought and sold multiple properties previously, she has by far exceeded all expectations. Lisa was willing to open multiple times per week (property was vacant during the sales campaign) to parties that were interested and were unable to attend advertised opens. We received prompt feedback after every open, detailing parties through and interest in the property along with feedback after she followed up with those who passed through. If I had any questions my calls were promptly answered and even if she was busy, I never had to wait more than 5 mins for a return call. There were often phone calls late in the evening (which I felt horrible about, but Lisa was happy to chat) if I had issues well after close of business hours. Even with a prolonged contract with conditions, Lisa was on the front foot, contacting conveyancers, brokers and valuers. I would not have expected this to occur, but Lisa did so without any hassles. Lisa holds great local market knowledge and contacts to answer any legal/council issues. I would have no hesitations in recommending Lisa, in fact... if you do not use her, you have missed a magnificent agent. Lisa is a great asset to anyone looking to sell a property. My only negative (not really a negative) is that she is only based in Ballarat and therefore I am unable to use her in Melbourne, as I would love her to sell any other properties I have in the future.
