After having previous experience with other agents and the lack of availability in being able to return phone calls, or provide updates, I was ready for the same experience, but Lisette was different, she actually provided an excellent service. After every inspection, I received a call to advise how it went. Also learning about the advantages of going under Auction was a new experience. Initially Lisette appeared professional. First off we stated that we thought the sale was too close to Christmas and we had left it too late. In retrospect it was too close to Christmas and she should have admitted & realised this. Next we reviewed our photos on the web site after comments from buyers and realized they reflected our furniture and not the space and "energy" of the house we were selling. After this we removed items of furniture & put them into storage so we could give prospective buyers a better view of what they were buying in relation to space etc. The photos reflected Lisette's lack of experience & professionalism. Houses similar to ours appeared to be selling/asking more so where the buyers got their figures from on the value of our property I cannot imagine. Soon after the process had started she kept talking down the price which was way below her initial estimate & in-line with other agents. After the disastrous auction and extreme pressure put on us by a very impatient and unhelpful assistant we were left feeling very let down and despondent. However we then stuck to what we believed the price the absolute minimum starting price, way below expectation, but significantly more than what Lisette pushed us to advertise at. At this stage we should have withdrawn the house from the market and ended the process. However we did not as we wanted to sell either then or within the next 6 to 12 months. The entire process was spent with what we felt was Lisette just wanting to get the house sold at any price a buyer was prepared to offer and we felt that she was working entirely for the buyer and not at all for us the seller. If as Lisette said she sells lots of houses then she is not interested in getting a fair price for her sellers but is only looking getting her numbers up and those of Ray White. We will not recommend Ray White or Lisette to anyone.

Lisette’s experience and knowledge of the market and potential buyers is what sold our property! Knowing exactly what was happening in the market to know to switch our sale to an auction I believe is what sold our property above our expectations. Very efficient and thorough and explained everything clearly really helped us through the process.
