As a first home buyer, the process seemed daunting until Lisette provided excellent support and guidance throughout the whole process - from the property inspection through to the sale. We had a very hard-to-sell property (it had been flooded, so buyers were wary of it), so I was not hopeful it would sell. Lisette and Rachael worked very hard to drum up interest in it and pushed it as hard as they could. In the end, it sold! I was initially reluctant for it to go to auction as I doubted it would do well, but it turned out to be the best thing - it sold, and there was no risk of the buyer pulling out as can happen with other ways of selling. So Lisette's advice was sound. Also she and Rachael were very pleasant people to work with, keeping us well-informed throughout the process.
Selling through COVID-19 certainly had it's ups, downs and challenges however Lisette worked tirelessly with us over 5 months to get a contract on our much loved home. Now for the next chapter!

Lisette approached us to see if we were prepared to sell our property as she had an interested buyer. She negotiated a good price and a Contract was completed, however that contract fell over due to finance complications. The prospective buyers became tenants and we entered into another contract with a longer settlement. Lisette kept us up to date with progress and we are very happy that the process is now almost complete. Lisette and her team are very helpful and would highly recommend them.
