Lisette was very professional and knowledgeable, communication was great, the only thing I can really fault her on was she didn't let me know buyers were coming to do pre settlement inspection and it was 2 weeks before settlement date. It was okay and they came through anyway even though house was no where near ready. I would recommend her. She got close to my reserve even though bidding had stopped way below. Corona Virus may have affected sale price.
