Lisette, was focused on getting a sale. She was knowledgeable on the local market, however the variation in properties' locations, features, condition etc meant that it was difficult to draw comparisons. That said, considering the market, Lisette achieved a satisfactory outcome for both the vendor and the purchaser. Her negotiation skills in achieving that sale were commendable.

She did her level best to keep interest in the property throughout the 5 week campaign. She handled herself exceptionally well under pressure on auction day with 13 registered bidders and the house selling well above of our reserve. I have no hesitation in recommending Lisette and her team. They were extremely professional, provided a well thought out plan and achieved an exceptional result on the day.
