I have been cautious with trusting salesmen in the past and you may be too but Lochie and Ash were honest and upfront with all of the property knowledge right from the start. They even gave me economical guidelines on how to improve my property, and present it for the buyers. They knew what they were talking about and they were dedicated to get the best price for my property. Most of all I need to say that their patience and persistence to get through the hurdles that unexpectedly arose, is why I would really recommend them. I really appreciated their communication, dedication and help during this time. These guys could have sold my property 20 times over. In the end when we had dealt with all of the issues, the property was sold fast and they achieved a higher price than expected. Lochie and Ash were always professional but with a personal touch, I have referred them to family and friends because I knew they would be satisfied with the excellent service they provide.
