The thought of selling our first home was daunting but Lochlan walked us through the process in terms we understood and with a positive attitude. If I could rate 6 stars I would, Despite difficult circumstances and plenty of hurdles we got to a fantastic result in an incredibly short amount of time! He helped us with so many aspects and dealt with everything right down to maintenance! Available any time and any day, always has plenty of time to talk us through things. His knowledge of the area and the market is second nature. I felt myself and my family were number one priority and our wants and needs were not only taken into consideration but really mattered. I highly recommend Lochlan and will recommend to all my friends and family.

I took Lochlan on as my agent , desperately needing a fast and honest sale to salvage a disaster created by a 5th rate local agent who turned my life upside down. This guy is professional, honest, switched on, motivated, (but 'in touch' ) and stays on top of EVERY aspect of the sale . I think if it CAN be done, Lochlan will do it, and do it quickly.
