We have no hesitation in recommending Lolit to any of our friends or anyone thinking of selling their home. Selling a home is a very stressful time however, we felt extremely comfortable with Lolit's professional and friendly attitude. Lolit made things easy and took a lot of time to explain the whole process. It was advertised on the Web on Wednesday 7th December and we had an open house the following Saturday, 10th December - on Saturday evening Lolit rang us to inform us that she had a contract on the house......we were stunned.
