Loretta was quick to get into the planning and selling requirements for our apartment. She is passionate about her profession and it shows in the knowledge she has in the field of real estate and the friendly and respectful way she goes about the journey with people of buying and selling. We have experienced both these with Loretta and we have been very happy doing so.
Loretta made the process stress-free. Her knowledge of the local area was a major selling point. Loretta secured a buyer off-market which saved us marketing costs. Loretta was also great dealing with our tenants. She updated us regularly on the progress and I would highly recommend Loretta for the sale of your property.
Loretta has an extensive knowledge of the local market, is extremely professional and works hard for the vendor
Loretta knew what she was talking about, she made it sound easy for my mother who is 92. We where very pleased with the sale and would recommend her to anyone.
Loretta was very helpful and friendly throughout the process, she responded to any queries I had and made the experience as smooth as possible.
Loretta and her team were very helpful, knowledgable and professional while assisting us with our first home purchase. Even after the sale was completed, Loretta continued to keep in contact with information the sellers wished to pass on.
Loretta is knowledgeable with the Ascot and Hamilton precent. Loretta provided valuable information on the area and showed other property/market comparisons which assisted me with making an offer and purchasing the right property. Communication was great every step of the contract of sale.
We chose Loretta because of her reputation as a Hamilton expert. We had seen her sell properties in our building and had been impressed by how hardworking she appeared to be. She did not let us down. Our apartment sold on the first home open, and she kept in touch with us regularly throughout the process keeping us informed of progress. We were very happy with her and would definitely recommend her to others.
Phone calls were answered and were returned immediately if missed. Lines of communication were professional and pleasant. One of the few agents that are easy to talk to and answered my questions very promptly. Stress free apartment purchasing with Loretta.
Loretta was the perfect agent to deal with, as a buyer she was efficient, communicative and more importantly did the little things to make sure that the transaction happened on time and without drama. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Loretta went above and beyond during the entire sales process and was a huge help. She was always available and was very very committed to the sale of my property and made the entire process as easy as possible. Would highly recommend, excellent market knowledge.
Loretta is a professional agent who responds to the challenge. She understood the brief and matched us with a property within a fortnight. After months of run-arounds from other agents, it was a blessing to work with Loretta. Highly recommend her as an agent for buyers looking for a property.
